Free Cancellation: Up to 21 days before check-in (local time).

Late Cancellation/No-Show:

• Cancellations less than 21 days  of check-in or no-shows will incur a charge of full charge room rate + taxes.
• Non-refundable rates (if selected) are charged in full at booking and cannot be modified or refunded.

Free Cancellation: Up to 14 days before arrival.

Late Cancellation:

• 50% charge for cancellations max 21 days before check-in.
• 100% charge for cancellations within 15 days or no-shows.

During holidays, festivals, or high-demand periods:

• Stricter Policy: Free cancellation only 30 days prior.
• Within 29 days: Non-refundable (full stay charged).

Guests checking out early will be charged for the original reserved stay unless management approves otherwise.

• Changes to dates are subject to availability and rate differences.
• No fee if modified outside cancellation windows.

Waivers may apply for documented emergencies (medical, natural disasters, flight cancellations) with proof provided within 48 hours.
